IH(High-Frequency)×Furnace Heating
Hybrid Heating System

“Hybrid Heating” is a heat treatment system that combines the rapid heating capabilities of induction heating (IH)
with the uniform heating capabilities of furnace heating, offering the best of both worlds.

Overcoming the disadvantages and utilize the advantages of both of the heating systems!

Characteristics
Induction Heating (IH)
  • Enables efficient rapid heating by partial heating.
  • Suitable for carbon neutrality.
  • Difficult to maintain uniform temperature control, such as during even heating, depending on the shape of workpieces.
Furnace Heating
  • Enables uniform temperature control inside the atmosphere furnace.
  • Capable of heating large volumes of workpieces at once, depending on their size.
  • Takes time to raise the temperature inside the furnace.
