Equipment

Design and production of high frequency induction hardening machines.
We provide made-to-order solutions tailored to customer requirements, including electrical equipment such as converters, fully automated workpiece loading and unloading systems, robotic integration, and automatic coil changers for automated coil replacement.

Contract Hardening

We provide heat treatment services for customer-supplied workpieces, ranging from single items to mass production exceeding 100,000 pieces per month, and covering a wide range of sizes from small parts such as gear components with an outer diameter of approximately 20 mm to large parts such as machine bed components up to 15 meters in length and 40 tons in weight, using our extensive processing facilities.
In addition to hardening hardness, hardening depth, and the hardened zone, we perform residual stress analysis, material analysis, and grain size measurement.

Prototyping and Codevelopment

We develop new parts for a wide range of industries, including automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, machine tools, food, medical, robotics, and energy-related fields. We also support prototyping needs ranging from quality improvement of existing parts, investigation and verification of issues such as hardening cracks and insufficient hardness, and proposals for heat treatment methods that improve productivity and support carbon neutrality.
