and centrally manage the operating status of multiple pieces of equipment.
Monitoring of Overseas Equipment: Users can monitor the operating status of overseas equipment via a web browser
and centrally manage it from within their country.
Remote Repair Support: In the event of unexpected failure, FD-ioT provides remote access to accumulated data and error history. ⇒ We can quickly identify repair points and provide prompt repair support.
It also allows remote modification of PLC programs and touch panel displays, supporting production management.
Equipment Diagnosis: We provide a monthly diagnosis report analyzed based on accumulated data
and inform users in advance of replacement schedules for consumables as well as any areas of concern or issues that may lead to problems.
Traceability: FD-ioT assists users in improving their productivity and quality
by utilizing collected information for traceability (record management).
Retrofit System: Even for existing equipment, connection is possible simply by installing sensors and IoT devices and registering authentication information.
