Coil/Parts Preventive Maintenance
By analyzing data collected from sensors, cameras, and circuit monitors, we can forecast necessary replacement of coils and other consumable parts and inform the customer. This decreases machine down time and contributes to longer coil life.
Remote Repair Support
Based on collected data, we can support our customer in case of machine fault by remotely diagnosing the cause and visually monitoring repairs via camera, helping to decrease maintenance time and cost.
The cloud system improves our customer’s production and quality by making the hardening process traceable. Also, heating parameters and systems can be controlled remotely, allowing us to support our customer’s production control.
Total Energy Control and Monitoring
The energy applied to each part is controlled by monitoring power over time. After heating, the energy used is accumulated and monitored to achieve reproducible quality.
Our machines are installed with a system that monitors power per 0.1 second to detect coil floating by observing the distance between the coil and par. The energy control system can be combined with this trend monitoring for stricter control.
